Pre-order is an event that presents good products and prices to those who trust and purchase from   SSOOOK.

Since the order quantity is produced separately from the official opening, order cancellation and exchange are not possible after the end of the pre-order period.

[Notice regarding relevant information when pre-order]

- Returns and exchanges are possible during the pre-order period, and exchanges are only possible if the desired color and size are in stock.

- Returns are not possible after the pre-order period ends.

• If you would like to change the size, please submit a request to the Souk bulletin board within 7 days. 
• This is only possible if the size you want is in stock. 
• Once the exchange is approved, it is measured at the regular price to create an option price.

-In the case of bulk order discount events such as 1+1, 

when purchasing 2 products (e.g. M, ML) due to size issues,

After receiving the product, partial cancellation or exchange is not possible,

 and a full refund is possible.

• For set products, partial exchange or partial cancellation is not possible and a full refund is possible.
  

• - In the case of a return due to a simple change of mind, 
• return shipping costs will be incurred, 
• and reordering with the same product composition and pre-order price is not possible.
  

• Pre-order products cannot be combined with regular delivery products.
